Handling Distractions & Disruptions at Work


It would be fair to say that for most people distractions and disruptions come when we least need, expect or want them. And if we are completely honest, and let's be, it would also be fair to say that sometimes, we too may actually be a distraction or a disruption to others when they are at their busiest. OUCH! So let's set some boundaries and be fair to ourselves and others in order to maximise productivity and results.
