There is no doubt that there are more horror stories about customer service going wrong than right. More stories about poor service, no service or simply bad, bad attitudes.
But wouldn’t it be great if people knew how to recover quickly when things don’t go well for the customer rather than having them walk out the door right into the arms of the competitor – never to return?
